SMS Marketing Terms & Conditions

By consenting to Write Love’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided within our messages. We will also honor any other clear opt-out request, such as "please opt me out."

  • You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to change or modify the phone number or short code we use for the service. If you send messages to a number we no longer use, including STOP or HELP requests, we may not receive them and will not be liable for honoring such requests.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Write Love will not be liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected message delivery, or any reliance on information provided via the service.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement

1. Arbitration

By purchasing or using Write Love products or services, you agree that any dispute or claim between you and Write Love will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its applicable rules.

What is Arbitration?

Arbitration is a private legal process where a neutral arbitrator resolves disputes outside of court. The arbitrator will issue a written decision based on the evidence and applicable law. Judicial review is limited.

Location and Governing Law

  • Arbitration will take place in New York County, New York, USA.
  • The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and New York State law will govern the arbitration.

Arbitration Costs

Each party will be responsible for their own attorneys' fees and related costs, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

2. Opt-Out Option

You may choose to opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase of any Write Love product or service.

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • A clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration.

Late opt-out requests will not be accepted.

3. Class Action Waiver

You agree that you will only bring claims against Write Love in your individual capacity. You may not join or consolidate your claims with others or participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

Any determination on the enforceability of this class action waiver will be made by a court, not an arbitrator.
